Kristen Hamilton

Senior Agent

Kristen spent eleven seasons competing in the NWSL with the Western New York Flash, North Carolina Courage and Kansas City Current, winning four Championships and four Shields. Her playing career includes a Women’s International Champions Cup, 2023 Challenge Cup MVP honors and recognition as the best player in Australia’s W-League in 2020.

Huw Williams

Founder

Huw brings four decades of experience in coaching, talent identification and team development. As General Manager and assistant coach, he built FC Kansas City’s consecutive NWSL championship teams. In 2021 he became Kansas City Current’s first Head Coach and General Manager, assembling its inaugural roster and shaping its sporting direction.

Bill Predmore

Founder

Bill began his career as the founder and CEO of POP, a digital marketing agency that serves global consumer brands. He was a co-founder of the National Women’s Soccer League, serving on its Board of Governors and chairing its Competition Committee. Bill also owned and operated Seattle Reign FC from 2013 – 2020, winning two NWSL Shields.

Our individual roles of player, coach, general manager, executive and owner provided each of us with transformational experiences that led to powerful insights, and hard-fought understanding of what it takes to overcome the demands of the game.

And we understand and anticipate the challenges, motivations, incentives and limits that team execs, general managers and sporting directors face when managing a club.

We’ve been on the other side of the table. We know how clubs build rosters, set budgets, and weigh offers. That helps us distinguish a genuine limit from an opening position—and negotiate from there.
